Business Training Program

The Business Training Program for Latin American Entrepreneurs provides tools and training in leadership, marketing and entrepreneurship to empower and equip them to prosper in Canadian society.

The Business Training Program (Level I and Level II) is provided in partnership with the Colombian Consulate in Toronto since 2017.

Origin

This program was created to answer the needs of immigrant women of varied educational backgrounds to generate income.

The Mesa de Mujeres initiative with The Colombia Nos Une program from the Colombian Consulate in Toronto was built to support women, historically the primary breadwinners in Latin American households.
50 women have graduated from the program since its launch in 2017.
